Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Marketing by Briana Sade (“we,” “us”) collects and uses information through Pilot HQ, our private client portal for the 90-Day Social Media Management Pilot.

What we collect

• Your name, business name, and email address, which we use to create your private account.
• Your mobile phone number, only if you choose to give it to us for text alerts.
• Content you send us: photos, videos, links, notes, brand materials, and your replies to our requests.
• Business information you share with us on calls, such as goals, audience, and listings, plus performance numbers for your social accounts.
• Basic sign-in and usage information needed to keep your account secure.

How we use it

• To run your pilot: plan, create, and publish social media content for you.
• To show you your own progress, drafts, and reports.
• To send you notifications about requests and reviews by email and, if you opt in, by text message.
• To keep the service secure and to answer your questions.

Text messages (SMS)

If you opt in to text alerts, we use your mobile number only to send Pilot HQ alerts about requests and content reviews. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or by turning texts off on the My Alerts page. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Who can see your information

Each client can see only their own portal. We do not sell your information. We use trusted service providers to operate Pilot HQ, such as providers for hosting, database and file storage, email delivery, and text message delivery. They may process your information only to provide those services to us.

Keeping your information

We keep your information while you are a client and for a reasonable time afterward for our business records. You may ask us to correct or delete your information at any time.
