These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of Pilot HQ, the private client portal provided by Marketing by Briana Sade (“we,” “us”) for the 90-Day Social Media Management Pilot.

The service

Pilot HQ lets you see your progress, review and approve content, send us files and information, and track your pilot. Your account is private to you. Please keep your sign-in links secure and do not share them.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, videos, and materials you send us. You allow us to use them to create and publish content on your behalf during your pilot. Please send only material you have the right to share.

SMS Terms

  • Program: Pilot HQ text alerts from Marketing by Briana Sade.
  • What you get: Notifications when we send you a request, when a post is ready for your review, and when an item is overdue.
  • How to join: You opt in inside your Pilot HQ account by entering your mobile number and checking the consent box. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying any service, and you can use Pilot HQ without it.
  • Message frequency varies. You will usually receive a few messages per week while you have open requests.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt out: Reply STOP at any time. You will get one confirmation and no more texts. You can rejoin from the My Alerts page.
  • Help: Reply HELP, or email briana@marketingbybrianasade.org.
  • Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the portal, try to access another client's information, or upload anything unlawful.
